Our Team
Jerry – General Partner
Jerry oversees construction management and design, and is responsible for all phases of our property renovations. He is a licensed General Contractor with over 30 years of experience. Jerry oversees hiring and supervision of all subcontractors, quality control and overall project management at all properties. He has successfully managed the renovation of well over 200 homes. Prior to Schrader Properties, Jerry spent 21 years running a residential framing business here in Lincoln. Jerry and his wife Stephanie have four children and four grandchildren. They love to travel when possible, and enjoy all the great outdoor activities Nebraska has to offer.
Tyler – General Partner
Tyler is primarily responsible for property acquisition and management. He oversees the acquisition of our properties as well as the listing and property management of all of our rental properties. Prior to Schrader Properties, Tyler was a Federal Agent for the Department of Energy and served eight years as a member of the US Army Special Forces. He enjoys reading, coaching youth wrestling and spending time with his son and two daughters.
